Wizard Wash

Exterior Cleaning & Soft Washing · South Carolina

The Challenge

Wizard Wash, a South Carolina exterior cleaning company, needed a predictable, profitable way to book high-value soft-washing and power-washing jobs. They wanted paid marketing that could prove its return in real revenue — not just clicks and impressions.

What We Did
  • Launched Google Ads first to capture high-intent homeowners actively searching for exterior cleaning
  • Layered in paid social a month later for awareness and retargeting, creating a full-funnel approach
  • Built conversion-focused ad creative and landing paths around high-value services
  • Tracked every job back to its channel to measure true ROAS, cost per job, and profit per job
  • Managed budget efficiency to keep cost per job low while scaling revenue

8.24x ROAS · $57,700 revenue · 385% ROI · 64 jobs · $186 cost per job · $715 profit per job

The Goal

Wizard Wash is great at what they do — safe, eco-friendly exterior cleaning that makes homes look new again. What they needed was a predictable, profitable way to fill the schedule with high-value jobs, and marketing that could prove its worth in real dollars, not vanity metrics.

The Strategy: Phased, Full-Funnel Paid Media

We launched in two deliberate stages:

  1. Google Ads first (intent capture). Homeowners searching "soft washing near me" or "house washing" are ready to buy. We put Wizard Wash in front of that high-intent demand from day one.
  2. Paid Social a month later (awareness + retargeting). Once search was converting, we layered social ads on top to build awareness and re-engage people who had already shown interest.

Capturing the demand that already exists, then creating more of it, is best practice for service businesses — and the results validated the sequencing.

The Results

From a total investment of $11,886 (agency fees + ad budget across both channels), the campaign generated:

  • $57,700 in trackable revenue
  • 64 jobs completed, at an average value of $901 per job
  • An 8.24x ROAS — more than double the 2x–4x benchmark for service businesses
  • A 385% ROI, with all fees included in the cost base
  • Just $186 in marketing cost per job — leaving $715 in profit per job

Why It Worked

The unit economics tell the story: spend $186 to win a $901 job. When acquisition is that efficient, every additional dollar of ad spend is an investment, not a cost. With only $1,000/month in ad budget per channel, there is real headroom to scale — the numbers support increasing budget to drive proportional revenue growth while holding ROAS.
